XFPT Thermopile Laser Power Detector
Embedded thermopile detector modules with 6 mm and 10 mm apertures, 0.1 W and 1 W ranges, and raw, analog or serial output.
A thermopile detector on a small board, made to be built into equipment rather than held in the hand — reporting through raw voltage, analog output or a serial port.
Why this series
- 6 mm and 10 mm detection apertures, 0.1 W and 1 W ranges
- Full-spectrum measurement covering 0.19–22 µm
- Works with CW and pulsed lasers, including nanosecond and picosecond sources
- High damage threshold of 10 kW/cm² average power density
- Interface options: raw signal, analog output, RS232, RS485 or TTL
- Analog output selectable at 1 V, 2.5 V or 10 V full scale
- Very light: 6 g (6 mm version) and 8 g (10 mm version)
- Response time under 2.5 s, linearity better than 1%
