Describe the laser and where the measurement has to happen. You will get a model recommendation within one working day — including if it is something we cannot supply.
What to include in your first message
The faster you give us these six things, the faster you get a usable recommendation instead of a follow-up question.
- Power — average power in W, or pulse energy in mJ
- Wavelength — in nm or µm, and whether it is fixed or tunable
- Beam diameter — at the position where the sensor will sit
- Mode — CW, pulsed, or both; pulse width if pulsed
- Where it fits — handheld use, inside the machine, or a bare module in the product
- Interface — display, analog voltage, RS232, RS485, USB or TTL
A photo of the laser head or the setup often tells us more than a specification list.
