• Basic technical data — like most websites, our server records standard request information (IP address, browser type, page requested, time) in server logs for security and troubleshooting. These logs are rotated regularly.
• Cookies — this site uses only the cookies required for it to work correctly. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build visitor profiles for resale.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations, arrange samples and shipping, and provide after-sales support. We may contact you about your enquiry by email or WhatsApp. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to third parties.

Who may see it

Your enquiry may be shared with the manufacturers whose instruments we supply, strictly to the extent needed to answer technical questions, quote or produce your order. Where an order requires shipping or customs clearance, your details are passed to the carriers and agents handling that shipment. Our email and hosting providers process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet accounting and export documentation requirements. If you ask us to delete your enquiry data and we have no legal obligation to retain it, we will delete it.
